A Day to Remember with Inspirational Women

It was such an incredible privilege to attend the Woman Who Awards ceremony this year. I was honoured to be a finalist in the Innovation Through Technology category — and even more honoured to share the room with so many strong, talented, and visionary women.

Unique Therapies was proud to sponsor the Inspiring and Outstanding Leader Award. The worthy winner was Gurdip Chatha from Esqué Beauty — a woman whose dedication and passion truly stood out.

It was a joy to support and celebrate women who are shaping the future of business and leadership with such integrity and grace.

A Shoutout to the Winner in My Category

The winner of our shared category — Innovation Through Technology — was the lovely Helen Routledge.

A serious games designer, blogger, and psychologist, Helen is clearly passionate about the training and impact she delivers. It was an honour to be recognised alongside her.

Celebrating Success — and the Future

The awards celebrated the achievements of women in business, but they also did something more: they inspired.

I have no doubt they sparked motivation in the next generation of talented women, encouraging them to chase their ambitions and make a meaningful impact in their careers.

A Star-Studded Host

We even had a celebrity moment — our presenter was Trish Adudu from BBC Coventry and Warwickshire. Her energy was warm, inspiring, and the perfect fit for the occasion.

A Bright Future Ahead

All in all, it was an amazing day — full of laughter, pride, inspiration, and connection.

It felt so good to be surrounded by such an extraordinary group of women, many of whom are paving the way for others.
